PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND USED

 

Dab Pumps will use your personal information (that is your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, credit card or other payment information and a password, and a record of your correspondence if you contact us in writing, and information about where you are on the internet - e.g. your IP address, the country and telephone code – the "Data") in order to fulfil contractual obligations to you. Dab Pump’s officers, employees, agents and third party contractors are expected to observe the confidentiality of your personal information.  Dab Pump stores personal information in a combination of secure computer based storage facilities and paper based files and records.  Vinium generally uses accepted technology and security so that it is satisfied that personal information is transmitted safely to it through the internet or other electronic means.  .Data is handled using manual, computerised and data transmission instruments with logics strictly linked to the purposes in question and, in any event, in a manner that guarantees security and confidentiality

We will only keep your Data for as long as required by law. After this your Data will be deleted. We cannot remove your Data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book-keeping rules or when there are other legal grounds to keep the Data, such as an ongoing contractual relationship.

CONSENQUENCES IF DATA IS NOT COLLECTED FROM YOU

If you chose not to provide your Data to us, we will be unable to effect the sale of our products or services to you in accordance with any order you place, or comply with any other requests you may have made to us.

You acknowledge that your personal information is likely to be disclosed to recipients located in Italy.  You expressly consent by to Dab Pumps disclosing your personal information to third parties located outside Australia whereby a) Dab Pumps will not be accountable under the Privacy Act , b) you will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act, c) the overseas recipient may not be subject to any privacy obligations or to any principles similar to the Australian Privacy Principles, d) you may not be able to seek redress in the overseas jurisdiction; and e) the overseas recipient may be subject to a foreign law that could compel the disclosure of personal information to a third party, such as an overseas authority.
